Quaint one bedroom, one bathroom studio located directly on the Crystal River and within walking distance of everything in Downtown Redstone. The property features patio seating with a propane fireplace and a charcoal grill by the riverside. The rental unit also has a kitchenette with microwave, cook-top, toaster, coffee maker, dishware, etc.. There is also on-site laundry available for our guests convenience. If you enjoy fly fishing, horseback riding, hiking, biking or jeeping you will love this location. ***Please note that in order to keep our prices as low as possible for lower guest occupancy we do charge for additional occupancy beyond 2 adults. We do require approval for all pets and there is an additional pet fee that would be charged upon approval. Thank you for your understanding and helping us to keep our costs low for other guests.
